Dr. Adam Jacob Kreitenberg, MD

I've been coming to rheumatology therapeutics medical center for a few years now. Dr Kreitenberg and Dr Ratiner are very good at what they. So is Yana and the whole PT department. I think both avenues do really well in conjunction for healing.

Dr. K is a top doctor. He is very detail oriented and takes the time to explain each process and all my options. He wasn't pushy but did give his recommendation. I already referred several colleagues to him and they all thanked me for the recommendation. The office is clean and staff is great.

I visited Dr. Keitenberg last month and he was great. I highly recommend him.

This is the most incompetent office I have visited in 10 years of living in Los Angeles. Offices like this are the reason I got away from HMOs. The office was unclean, the front staff was very young and were rude, and there was no hand sanitizer during COVID. In addition there was not sufficient social distancing in the office, physical therapy was in a small general area where patients were clustered, and ventilation of the office is very poor. I couldn't wait to finish and leave just for my own safety. But the worst part of the whole experience is their screwed up billing system - they refuse to take copays during time of visit. Then, when I tried calling after getting a bill in the mail, the billing department never picked up the phone even when I called around their lunch hour. And after 3 months of trying to pay an $8 copay, I got stuck with a $35 dollar late fee and was told I could only pay it on some website that was not listed on their bill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT… ALL.
