Do not go to this office unless you are wealthy and can pay cash. The office manager of the billing department is off his meds or something-- he screamed at me over the phone, would not let me get a word in edgewise, and threatened to hang up on me because I wanted to know something about the practice that was submitting claims to an out-of-business insurance company in my name before I gave him my complete info. I called back and spoke to another rep but heard the manager bellowing in the background HANG UP ON HIM until the rep did. I called back again and got ANOTHER rep, and again heard the manager yelling to HANG UP. That rep basically told him to shut up and he helped me with my inquiry, but DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THE FOREST HILLS OFFICE.
