Dr. Adam W Mychak

This Dr doesn’t deserve 1 star! He pulled my daughters tooth I’ve a week ago and she’s still in pain! She said it’s making her other teeth hurt! He wouldn’t even give her at least 5 pain pills! Told her to take Motrin. He is a really bad dentist and it shows!

This dentist is the worst! He pulled my daughters tooth and wouldn’t give her any pain meds other than Tylenol with codeine. She was in so much pain she had to go back and she was crying and he still would not even give her 5 pain pills. He boasts that in all his years of practice he has never written any other pain meds for anyone! That is just cruel a sadistic! After a week now she is in pain not as bad because he gave her antibiotics but her mouth still hurts. So again DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST!

Dr. Mychak and staff are excellent, he removed teeth that were unrepairable and infected and is helping me with partials and got a couple root canals, i couldn't be any happier, wish I would have went to him years ago!

Ridiculous work done poor doesn't addiquitely describe it. Poor bedside manner as well as overall practice. Actually damaged my teeth more then fixed them as well as tried to deny damage which he caused which I believe was his ploy to bring in more work. Truly disgusted someone who is paid to help people can provide such poor service and keep their license

Wish I would have read some reviews on him before I went there. Worst dentist experience ever. I'm not one to be bothered by the dentist drills, sounds or smells either. I'm just genuinely disgusted with the work he did. Not only that when I called him out on it he straight up lied to my face about it as if I didn't realize. Really pathetic work with a side of gaslighting! Hope he loses his license or is sued for malpractice which I'm currently looking into!! Go anywhere else!!!

Straight up joke of a dentist. If you want to pay for horrible work and leave in worse shape than you came in with he's your guy. Disgusted I paid for such crap work! Save your time, money and pain GO somewhere else!!!

Absolutely terrible work. Don't let him put a dental pick in your mouth will intentionally crack or break fillings then deny it. Worst cleaning I ever got in my life can't believe I actually paid for the service or rather lack of. Only went there because it's in my neighborhood but do yourself a favor and go out of your way not to let him intentionally damage your teeth or do poor work.

Literally caused damage to my teeth. Went in to get simple fillings redone but he intentionally caused other damage. Guess that's a good business plan fix one problem and break another couple fillings with his dental pick. Happened twice both were good fillings. First time I thought was a accident but both times he tried to deny it as if I couldn't feel it or notice it. Completely ridiculous and to mess with someone's health like that is sadistic plus costing me unessacry money. Hope he loses his license

Dr. Mychak is friendly and comforting but the uncleanliness of the office and less than sterile environment takes away from the character of the dentist and this office. A clean and sterile working environment is a necessity for a dental practice.
