Dr. Adam Charles Saeks, DDS

I went for a preventative exam and also had bridge work that was loose. At the initial exam he had me make an appt. for a debride cleaning due to more build up. He had me schedule another appt. to address the bridge, at that appt. he took it off and said that I had to have a whole new bridge done (I was very upset because this bridge was only 2 yrs old.) He told me no charge for this appt. and they will work up a quote. After thinking about my situation I called my old dentist and asked about my bridge being warrantied. They got me in right away, redid all the xrays at no cost to me, and fixed my bridge, basically by regluing it down. WOW, and I did not need a debride cleaning, my teeth were in pretty good shape per their hygenist! No out of pocket costs to me! I called Dr. Saeks office to let them know and they seemed put out. Then I got a bill for the 2nd office appt., I called and Dr. Saeks said he didn't remember saying no charge for taking my bridge completely off and temp.… gluing. I paid the $48, but it's the principal to me that this dentist would have charged me not 100's but thousands of dollars uneccesarily! The rudeness is beyond me. BUYER BEWARE

His office is marvelous and his staff is excellent. Very flexible with times and has great professionalism.
