I was discharged because of a false drug test; when I sent in new results, i was never contacted. Why

Very disappointed in this Dr Shestak. I took my friend there with terrible shoulder pain. He never offered her a nerve block but instead offered her PRP injustice which is a cash only injection. $800 He raved about how it would help her in a month or so. So she opted to go for it putting her complete trust in him. She never got one bit of relief. 3 months later still in pain she went back. Dr Powers gave her a nerve block yesterday which was covered by insurance. She's 80% better today. Shame on him. It's all about the money. Beware people. The office staff was very nice but lost her CD.

Great initial experience with Dr. Shestack. I have gone thru a lot and been seen by few doctors. He pointed something in my MRI which was not mentioned to me by other doctors which imo is very important for me to know so I could understand better the plan for my treatment. The doctor made me feel at ease and even my husband likes the doctor. There wasn't a long wait.

Wow I can probably write a book. This dr Adam Shestack is the best and smartest dr ever... I started seeing him for chronic pain from my back into my legs into my feet. Everyday, all day even at night. I was in so much pain, that my life was so controlled by pain, pain meds. Dr Shestack never gave up on me. Tried everything new, old, etc. I told him I will never get another surgery. 2 surgeries on my back, I was done. “I thought”. I was on pain meds for 6 years after 2 surgeries that I feel never helped me. Until he told me... Anne Marie I want you to call this dr. He gave me the number, I thought I was never going to use. This dr he wanted me to call , he knew him very well. I did not call him that day then dr Adam Shestack called me telling me to call him. Stating the dr will see me and take my insurance. Well I did. The dr I saw wanted me to get some test and an epidural to see if that helped. He said even if it helps a little, tells me a lot. So I did. I went through tests then… the dr said he can help me. He felt that if he removed a part of my metal plate I would get relief. I told the dr, let’s do it. I couldn’t live this way anymore. Well it’s been several years later and I’m living my best life ever. No pain meds, no pain at all. All my pain is gone. Dr Adam Shestack even helped me to come off the meds. We had a plan. Every month he reduced the dose and without any other meds to help me get off the pain meds. I was done... that’s right “done”. No more pain meds for years.... Dr Adam Shestack is the best and he cares about his patients. He saved my life. Thank you. And May God Bless you ??????????

Dr. Shestack give you your medical care, and much much more, he gives you your life back, he care and Prompt, he takes the time to understand the source of your pain, and treating it with the correct method, his staff are courteous and kind.

I find I get to the office on time and always have to wait from 30-40 mins. Doctors don't have too much time to spend with the patient, they seemed to be rushed
