Dr. Adam Jason Sky, MD

I am NOT a patient, but a guardian. May I proceed?

Dr. Sky has a canned hello and then a very disinterested attitude for the visit. After waiting in a dirty waiting room furnished with magazines that are older than the chairs, you will be escorted to his office. He will appear to be actively looking over your chart while he talks to you but lo and behold, if you stand up you will see that he is watching the waiting room! Yes, you are on camera while waiting to see the doc! There are good doctors out there so be sure to do your research.

Dr. Sky seems hurried and superficial. He seems to take little interest in his patients (often forgets information, or never got it right). Sometimes he seems determined NOT TO BE helpful (the refusal to recommend a colleague psychologist).

I found Dr. Adam Sky to be very knowledgeable and was able to greatly help with the side effects of my meds. He gave me wonderful advice that actually helped, and he seemed to always be available. However, a few times I felt as if he didn't care and was pushing me out of his office. I felt like he was scheduling needless appointments for the purpose of collecting more insurance money. A little note about the office setting: horrible! Don't hold your expectations too high or you'll be disappointed. The place is packed, the wait is forever, and the staff are rude amd incompetent. Again, don't expect too much just remember to bring your patience.

Dr. Sky is a good listener, shows compassion, knowledge, responds to my concerns, remembers who I am. Has wide knowledge of practice of psychiatrist.

Came to ER to see my mom on a Sunday afternoon. Quickly took charge of difficult situation and arranged admit to hospital. Was very kind and understanding. Made terrible situation much better for us.

Contact with this doctor was in hospital setting....acted as if he didn't want to be there and had no respect for patient and/or family. When confronted with demands to answers, patient quickly discharged.....although not well enough to be discharged.
