Dr. Adam David Wagshul, MD

I chipped a bone in my foot & was referred to Dr. Wagshul by another Orthopedist. Dr. W took x-rays & an MRI & diagnosed the problem as a bone fragment in my foot. He told me that I may not need surgery because you can live normally w a bone fragment in your foot. He showed me that I had another fragment from a previous injury that I didn't even know about. He suggested that we allow the bone to heal & the swelling to go down & see if it was something I could live with. I appreciated that he didn't immediately say I needed surgery. Unfortunately, the location of the fragment continued to cause pain so we decided to remove it. We scheduled the surgery & Dr. W removed the fragment. As a bonus, he removed the old fragment, too. After surgery, I never had any significant pain & never had to take anything stronger than OTC pain reliever. After physical therapy, I am back to every activity I have ever done and feel great! I am very lucky that Dr. Wagshul was available to do the emergency repair on my broken ankle, and broken leg. The surgery and aftercare were flawless. Dr. Wagshul is a talented, knowledgeable, and caring surgeon, with an exceptional staff. Three months after surgery I am back to walking comfortably. Dr Wagshul is bar far the best doctor! He is so compassionate and he listens. I feel so great when I leave his office. I had a bad accident and he motivates me to get better and understands my anxiety around my injury, Thanks Dr. Wagshul!!!!

I feel extremely fortunate that when I was brought into the hospital with a broken ankle, Dr. Wagshul was the surgeon on call. He did a wonderful job repairing my ankle, and I am able to walk and do everything I used to before the injury. In addition, I have very little scarring. I have a sore coccyx bone . Called ofc to make appt. They asked me what my issue was and I told the receptionist it was my coccyx bone. Then why when dr walked into exam room did he ask me why i was there for my coccyx bone? I said well where should i be and he said a pain management group or a spine specialist. WHAT? Waste of my time and money. There are so many great orthopedists in the area I will seek out someone that cares....

I am 65 and had Achilles and Haglund’s surgery in Aug. Six months later I am still very happy with everything Dr. Wagshul has done for me. A serious surgeon, meaning he is extremely knowledgeable about the foot, truthful about everything I can expect in the healing process, patient with all my questions and a kind and respectful doctor. I will be having the same operation on my other foot in a few months and am glad to have him as my surgeon.

Initially when I met Dr Wagshul I felt his bedside manner was not great, however I needed the best and was told he was the best for ortho. And ligament ankle surgery. So I decided to give him another shot, and he was amazing! I think he was just having a bad day my first visit because he was completely attentive for my second visit and 3 weeks later I had surgery. I healed super fast no issues,minimal scaring and I am beyond thankful for his work. If you need the best, look no further!!

Dr. Wagshul is a wonderful Doctor. He removed a cyst from to top of my foot. He takes his time with his patients and explains in detail the actual procedure and explains all your options. He always takes the time to answer all of your concerns and questions. He is TOP NOTCH! His Staff is great!
