Dr. Adam Tilahun Waksor

Very caring and knowledgeable. The staff was very accommodating as situations came about (especially Dr. Waksor ) and they adjusted accordingly. Definitely recommend.

My Wisdom tooth broke off from bridge and I had to have the root canal roots extracted from my gum/bone jaw. I looked to Great Expressions to perform this procedure. Do NOT use the Oral Surgeon that travels from location to location with Great Expressions. His name is Adam Waksor. Looks like he used to travel around to all the Coast Dentist offices and now he does Great Expressions. Did quick research on Enet and found he likes to travel to third World Countries as well to perform his dental service. So, I'm sitting in the chair and it all begins with me allowing him to numb my mouth. He did a couple quick jabs and forced the numbing agent into my jaw within seconds. I also could feel the needle hitting my bone. I also believe he hit my tounge by accident as he was in and out quickly. They allowed only five minutes for the novicane to take affect. He came back in the room after the five minutes and asked how it felt. I said it feels tinglely and he said OK let's begin. He, didn't do… any test to make sure I was numb. He then went in with what looked like modified pliers and started to crunch, twist, and pull on the area of need. I made body motions and noises which indicated I was in pain. He continued quickly and did this procedure in under five minutes. It was completely obvious he didn't want to be there and after the last tug he just walked out of the room without saying he is done. I had to ask his assistant who told me that he had finished. I could tell she was uncomfortable with what just happened and I feel she felt bad for me. I walked out of the office saying to myself what the heck just happened and I literally feel abused. Dr Waksor has no bed side mannor whatsoever or communication skills for being around as long as he has. I think he may be a journeyman Oral Surgeon that is willing to travel from office to office for National Dentist companies who have multiple offices. I told Dr Waksor when I first met him, that after my gum healed up from the procedure that I would need to have an Implant done and he informed me that he was the guy who did them. So, you would think he would be a little more friendly and more gentle while he works. I felt it was important to post my story so future customers can factor in when selecting what Oral Surgeon to use. Problem with Oral Surgeons is you only use them once and it seems a bad reputation doesn't slow them down since they are a specialist, in a time of need.

The procedure was explained to me in detail, including alternatives/options I had. He was very confident, honest and knowledgeable that I felt comfortable to go with the procedure. I am very happy with the implant.

Great surgeon

This was the absolute worst experience. I had two extractions done at the same time. I feel like I should have been advised better. I know my teeth were in bad shape, however he hurt my face & mouth several times passing do hard he made my entire face soar. I feel like I was beat up badly and it's been two days since the procedure and I don't feel any better.
