Dr Adam Wallace

I have been a patient of Doctor Wallace for over three years now .He is kind and interested in my case and hears what I have to say .I will never go to another pain doctor but him I am trying to get my mother there to see him

Dr Wallace weaned me off of high dose opioids that another pain dr just kept writing over and over for me. Dr Wallace truly wants what’s best for his patients. He really cares. I got an injection that after two weeks my pain was almost gone. Haven’t felt this good in years

Dr. Wallace has been relieving my chronic back,hips,and neck pain for successfully now,for over 5 years! (Dr. Feelgood)

Is this dr. accepting new patients now.

Dr Wallace left his patients eith no earning. Even the office staff didn't seem to know what happened. Luckily we stayed on with Dr. White and she had been great. Also, the office staff did a remarkable job making the transition as smooth as possible. What Dr Wallace did was unforgivable in my book.

Would have said before today that this Dr was great. However, because I took a wrong exit, I arrived for my 8:30 appointment at 8:35. I waited in line to sign in while drug reps talked with the front desk and other patients signed in and paid their copays, etc. By the time I got up to the front to sign in, it was then 8:41 and I was told that they had marked me as a “no show”!! The front desk called and spoke with Dr Wallace’s nurse who said she would speak with Dr Wallace to see if he would still see me. I waited another 5 minutes and filled out paperwork, then was told that he wouldn’t see me and that I needed to reschedule!! There is not a chance that I would reschedule with him now. I am a very courteous patient and also an RN. I can’t imagine that Dr Wallace has never been 5 minutes late to see a patient! I had been singing this doctors praises for several months now but I won’t tolerate that kind of service. I am very disappointed and angry since I rescheduled my own… life to get to that morning appointment, drove 25 minutes to get there only to be turned away for being 5 minutes late. My only advise is don’t get stuck in traffic and don’t take the wrong exit if you are going to this office.

My insurance switched so I had to change pain drs and went to see dr Wallace. His staff was nice and helpful at check in. The office was nice, clean and looked new as opposed to some pain drs I’ve been to. Dr Wallace and sabra are very professional and know what they are doing. They took the time to go over my history and with me and we came up with a plan to control my pain that we were both happy with. I highly recommend pain management of tulsa to anyone with chronic pain. ALSO, I read some previous reviews and had to laugh. I have been seeing pain drs for years and I always see the same negative reviews....the person is mad because dr wants to do or try something other than what the person wants(lots of high dose pain meds), so I thought I’d write a real review by a real, almost life-long chronic pain sufferer

Dr Wallace is a great dr. he has helped me with my pain in a way that allows me to function in my daily life.

After years of suffering, seeing one doctor after another, one trip to see the caring staff and Dr Wallace at PM of Tulsa, I am walking without pain or a cane. Thank you!
