Dr. Weitzman earned his medical degree and graduated with honors from the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. He then completed an internship at the University of Pennsylvania before completing a residency in anesthesiology at Temple University, both in Philadelphia. Afterward, he finished an ACGME-recognized fellowship in pain management at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in New York City, where he served as chief fellow. The office is clean and the staff is professional especially TAWNY and LANI! They are the OGs! I've been seeing Dr. Weitzman for 2 years and I've seen so much progression with my pain. He makes me feel comfortable and I look forward to my appointments to move one step closer to being completely whole again.

Dr. Weitzman is the best pain management doctor I have ever had. Other pain doctors told me I would have to learn to live with my severe back pain and leg pain. Dr. Weitzman examined me, diagnosed the problem, did a nerve block procedure and it took my pain away!!! He is the smartest most caring doctor. Thank you Dr. Weitzman for helping me so much!

Dr. Weitzman is amazing! I had lower back pain for 9 years. I could never stand up for long periods of time before I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Weitzman took care of me and most importantly, LISTENED TO ME! It is so hard to find a Dr with good bedside manner, but after meeting Dr. Weitzman it's good to know there are still Dr's out there that do CARE about their patients.

Dr. W. is by far one of the most compassionate and competent physicians I have ever met. I have been dealing with combat injuries sustained while I was in the military up until last year when I was medically retired. No Army doctor could ever compare to Dr. W's abilities and bed side manner. I would recommend to anyone that they see him no matter what the distance you must travel. He has the tools and the know-how to fully treat your pain issues. I have lower back injuries, chronic migraines and severe nerve damage throughout my body. He has been able to utilize an array of different techniques and tools to lower my pain immensely. He doesn't push one treatment over another just for the sake of a kickback like other doctors may. He is understanding and listens to your needs without talking over you. I would go to no other physician than himself. On top of his expertise he also has a great staff working for him. They are on the ball and always helpful with follow up calls on… days after procedures. You can't get it any better than at South Bay Pain Docs. Great doctor and great staff--what more could you ask for!

Dr. Weitzman and his staff were friendly, caring and professional. They were there to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I have been suffering with neck pain and migraine headaches for years.... They were debilitating..... Dr. Weitzman was able to finally bring me relief. I am no longer missing days of my life, I can now be the mother I want to be. Thank you Dr. Weitzman for taking the time to listen, treat and help me maintain a higher quality of life.
