Horrible disrespectful person

We went to see Dr. Williams with many people regarding him as such a "great-guy". This doctor had my son's referral information for quite some time before my son had his appointment. He had ample time to review and become familiar with my sons (complicated) chart and why we were being referred to him in the first place. When my son and I arrived, we were greeted with a friendly front desk employee. He was called back shortly after check-in where he was weighed. Normal. We get to the room where I was discussing the weight difference in the scales from an appointment the day before. The LPN stated very snarky "Well he DID just weigh XXX in MAY!". I replied with a simple (yet defensive): There isnt that big of a weight discrepancy in scales, as I was just discussing with MY SON. She left the room shortly and the Dr. came in. First thing he said to me is: So, Why are you here? (not in the normal questioning tone, it was condescending and felt as though we were interrupting something more… important. At first I thought I was just a little on edge because of the snarky LPN; but was later slapped with reality in the many times the MD had become brusque while speaking with me. I told him that I was clearly not the MD and that I was under the impression that we were there for one reason and his responses to mine were unpolished and short. I have never been spoken to or treated with such disrespect at a doctors office. EVER! I will not go back to him and I would not recommend him. I listened as he spoke (on the phone) to the referring provider that sent us to him in the first place and that alone came across as arrogant and superior. Why spend all of our time arguing your credentials and speaking about "Dust mites" and how they should be called something completely separate. Why did you have to walk in egotistical? Of course this is just my opinion and that of my 12 year old who felt belittled and insecure by your speaking. We got one positive thing out of this visit that was about 75 minutes long. ONE!!! I am proud of you that you got your medical degree and not all of us have that. I do have something better. I still have my humanity. Especially in front of children. NEVER will I GO back. You might be able to purchase things I could only dream of, but I work with Doctors that actually seem to care about patient care. You, did not appear to be one of those.
