STAY AWAY: If you care about your safety and your money do NOT get close to this lab. They took tons of my blood after 4 times try 3 days ago then called me today and asking me to come over for a redo!! I was shocked. I already have my arm bruised so bad from their sampling efforts! And couldn't move it for the past 2 days and now they are telling me they ruined my blood samples and want to do it again. I told them NO, just refund my money if you cant give me the result!! After a lot of calls back and forth their Dr said we can only redo it but we won’t refund your money!! They charged me 400$ to leave these bruises on my hand!!! Worst lab I’ve ever been to.

This was the worse experience Ive ever encountered. I was basically treating horribly because I came in for what I am thinking is a sinus infecting as if I had Cov-19. I was told by Dr. Okwara after waiting for a hour and a half for a one o’clock appointment that she refused to see me because I had been exposed through my job with the Airlines to Cov-19 and I couldn’t be seen for my sinuses if I had been exposed to Cov-19.I expressed I didn’t think it was that but since I was already here if they could do the test I would go ahead a get it done. But Dr.Okwara told me that I was exposing her office and refused to treat me for either. So for me I’m assuming offices don’t treat your symptoms anymore they just chalk everything up to Cov-19. Very unprofessional unpleasant experience for me that i did not deserve. At the end of the day had the person who made my appointment, the nurse in the front or the one that took my vitals told me I couldn’t be seen for both I would have made a… decision. Instead I was dismissed and untreated. Never will I ever step foot in that place again. I will gladly find myself a PCP before I allow anyone to treat me like trash! ??News Flash not every situation is due to Cov-19. I had to put a Star i order for this to post but it’s a NOSTAR FOR ME ??

She is a fantastic Doctor and a Classy Lady. Has ALWAYS taken her time with me. Told her you need to advertise because The Rock Hill Clinic is so great from Reception to All The Great Techs. THANK YOU FIRST CARE FOR TAKING SUCH GREAT CARE OF ME.
