Dr. Addison Goldshine Haynes, DO

Horrible, awful mean doctor. I am contacting the health network to have some medical records expunged. I checked in my medical notes through the portal and he wrote some awful things about me. I was not 30 minutes late for my appointment. I was 5 minutes early. My husband witnessed his treatment of me, so I quietly changed. Interesting how when he messaged me on the portal about test results he was decent. he just trashes the patient on their medical records. If you have been to this physician, please review your medical records. I had a very bad experience which has resulted in my choice to leave IU healthcare completely.

A Disaster Dr. Haynes was unwilling to listen to me

I give him 1 star because he mistreated me refusing services trying to cover up abuse from other doctors! He is in violation of his oath ,doesn't care about the well being of patients, and I think he needs his medical license revoked!

Excellent office. Check in had a lot of paperwork but not more then my other doctor's offices. I got back to the room very quickly and the doctor was on time! He did a great job finding the root of the problem and trying to fix it. Happy that he moved to my city.

Has a God complex and will manipulate and lie to get his way. Never seen anything like it in my life. He can appear charming....don't be fooled.

This guy thinks he is a Psychiatrist! First time appointment and he tells me by my medical records he thinks I have Border Line Personality Disorder instead of the Physical diagnosis’s given by prior specialists and family MD. Found out from my previous MD’s that this guy labels almost everyone as Border Line P.O and many complaints filed against him. Won’t last long in Tipton. Very arrogant. I think he has Border Line Personality Disorder!

At first, I really liked him. I completely trusted him and that was a huge mistake. He does not respect your right to be a parent and make decisions in the best interest of your child. Apparently, he thinks he knows your child better than you, the parent. If you do not do what he says, he will childishly find ways to retaliate against you. Thanks to him, I am not sure anyone in my family will ever fully trust a doctor again.

Poor service wont listen to anything you tell them

Addison is an excellent communicator. He is honest, direct and caring. He doesn't pull punches, yet is very conscious of his patients feelings. I very much appreciate and enjoy having him as my primary care doctor.

Had to cancel first appointment do to insurance issues and this dr has a policy if you cancel your first appointment you can not make another one with him. Essentially you are blacklisted. I did inform him of why I had to cancel and was told that was fine, when I went to remake my appointment it got scheduled, then I got a call telling me I could not be a patient there because I canceled my first appointment and that they had to cancel my appointment.
