Dr Dwairy is a great physician. The only negative thing is that there was one person checking people in, rooming and checking people out.

I’ve been see him for 6 to 8 years. He is excellent. Always explains things in detail. Doesn’t input on computer while in with you. You get all his attention. Would not use anyone else.

Excellent service and care. Dr. Dwairy and his staff kept me up to date with everything regarding my colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures. They provided me with a translator and made this as stress free as possible.

I had a wonderful experience with HRGI clinic and seeing Dr Dwairy. The staff was so polite in explaining how they received my referral from my doctor to schedule my first consultation visit a couple months ago. Dr Dwairy was great and pleasant at that first visit and was so nice to my two grandchildren I had to bring with me that day. I also just had my recent followup with Dr Dwairy after my colonoscopy, and all good news! I highly recommend the entire team, very nice people, they really care.

I give Dr. Dwairy a one star. During our consultation for a colonoscopy, I asked if this procedure was "preventative" and he said, "Oh, yes sure, 100% you will not have to pay anything. Don't worry." Based off my last colonoscopy with another provider (where I paid 0), I took this to mean the "entire" process. However, I was very upset when I received a bill from Sugar Land Surgical for $1000. Dr. Dwairy failed to mention the hospital portion. This would have extremely helpful in making my decision. Lack of disclosure is the mark of extremely poor patient communication and management, especially when a patient asks a pertinent question. Will not make this mistake again.
