The only reason for the 1 star is because i cant review with no stars. The npc was rude and demanding. She left me in the room for over 20 minutes to go speak with the doctor. I was like ok he will be the next to come into the room. Well i was wrong i was in the office for over an hour in a room and not one moment of that time was spent with the actual doctor. The np is not a gastronologist and only went to school for nurse and to be able to wright scripts. She didnt go to school on gastronology so for her to sit there and say the things she did was a mute point. I want the doctor to be there. The only reason im having the scope done is because my pcp referred me there for the scope in first place. I informed them i had two colonoscopy's done already and didnt want another. I was informed i didnt have a choice. I informed them that the colonoscopy's came back normal each time i had one. I was told they would not preform next step after the scope which would be pill camera with out it.… I was sent to discharge desk with out speaking to the doctor at hand. Told to go to hospital and pick up a fecal test kit and take back to hospital when i did it. I get a total of 15 trips for doctors appointments a year in which iv already exausted. I have gotten extension but i need those rides for actual testing on other issues and appointments i have. So it would be a waist of a ride to go to the local hospital to acquire the kit. This is something they should have in the office to give you before you leave. I have scheduled the scope for a month from now to give me time to figure out if i can get another referral to a different doctor. I am not happy with this visit and i dont know if im willing to allow a doctor touch me i have not seen.

My 86 year old mom who has Barrett's Esophagus is losing weight, bloated, has stomach pain and can't eat went in for help. Youssef told her to come back in six months when she is due for a scope. No help for her what so ever - just sent her home and told her to keep doing what she is doing - which is drinking baking soda, taking Tums and suffering.

Excellent doctor

Receptionists were horrible, rude, uncaring. Doctor himself was kind and caring. Such a shame that the staff couldn't care less about patient care or privacy.

Though the wait was typical for a specialist, I am so glad I got to see him. He was so nice and caring. I had been sick for so long I thought I would never get any better. He tried new treatments until one worked. I would never want to see another doctor but him.
