Dr. Adela Margarita Cabrera

Dr. Adela McLaughlin limits her practice to Cosmetic, Implant and Restorative Dentistry.  She has been taking care of El Pasoans dental needs since 1996.
After graduating from Coronado High School and attending UTEP, Dr. McLaughlin received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1996 from Baylor College of Dentistry . During the 14 years as a practicing dentist, she has taken numerous continuing education courses to further her commitment for excellence in dentistry. Early in Dr. McLaughlin’s carrier, she attended a program at the Center for Professional Development that gave her the foundation to foster and develop a philosophy in preventive and comprehensive dentistry.
Building on that foundation, she became affiliated with the Pankey Institute , a world-renowned institute for advanced restorative dentistry. We are proud to have the only dentist in El Paso who has completed five advanced training courses from the Pankey Institute. Continuing her dedication to excellence, she …also completed advance training in Implant Dentistry at the Misch Institute (Dr. Misch is a pioneer in dental implants and is at the forefront of implant research).
Dr. McLaughlin maintains her commitment to providing comprehensive and quality dentistry by being a member of the Seattle Study Club . Doctors and the members of this club are dedicated to the advancement of team treatment planning and total case management as the ultimate tool for achieving ideal comprehensive care. They have also committed themselves to excellence in their profession, and in the management of their practices. In addition, Dr. McLaughlin attends multiple continuing education courses each year to keep up with the ongoing changes in technology and advances in the Dental profession.
Dr. McLaughlin has served in the El Paso Dental Society Board for 5 years and currently holds the position of 1st President Elect.
