Horrible experience. Did not listen to my concerns. Ran minimal tests in 2014 and I’m still having issues in 2024. Did not help find a solution at all. These doctors do not care about you at all.

He cancelled my mothers second visit because he said she has TOO MANY medical issues for him to deal with. Now my mother is ill and is urgently looking for a new endocrinologist. This could have been avoided! terrible!!!!

Self interested, poor communication, rude. He is the worst doctor I have ever been to or been around. He is disinterested in patient care and does not explain results. The staff is not any better as they are rude and unkind. They will not listen during calls and they will not help.

I have been a patient for years, last few visits he doesn't listen to what I say. He runs tests but won't explain results to me. He states that it not a thyroid problem. Done with Dr Alavi Not recommend this Dr.!!!!

I went to Alavi back in 2017. I told him my symptoms and after running a couple tests, everything came back “normal”. He would not run additional tests I requested because he did not believe they were necessary and in so many words, basically said Western medicine is everything and natural medicine is crap. Needless to say, in 2019 I’m still having issues (going to see a holistic doctor soon) despite my “normal” ranges. He treats you like you’re an idiot or hypochondriac. I would not recommend.

This Dr is rude and ignorant I don't know why there is good reviews about him, he's disrespectful and do not know manners ,,his only face said everything about how rude is. I'M NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DR.

I wouldnt recommend this doctor to anyone. Belittling bully that calls him self a "professional."

Dr. Alavi took the time to talk through my history, did a very thorough exam, and spent more time with me than any other doctor. He also called me immediately after he received my test results. Based on my experience with other Endocrinologists, I was beyond impressed. I am very happy to have found him because I know I am in good hands.
