My experience with Dr. Javed has been a lack of concern on his end, regarding valid questions regarding symptoms or ongoing treatment, unless you are in his office. I had several exacerbations and it was nearly impossible to get him or his team to respond to a message or email in a reasonable amount of time thru MyChart or e-mail. I also experienced a similar situation with his poor communication when I needed an emergency authorization for medication. This is completely unacceptable and disappointing.

Dr. Javed has excellent people skills and he listens. I have had MS for 36 years and Dr. Javed keeps educating me and treating the disease.

I have been a patient of Dr. J for numerous years, he is too involved in his training and research to worry about patients. It seems as though any question or request that I have is a bother to him and his nurse. His follow-ups on test are zero, you must call and call and call again and again to get results. I will be filing a complaint with the American medical Association! Do not see this doctor if you want to be cared for as a patient. God bless and good luck.

Dr. J has been my Doctor since I was diagnosed in 2006 with MS. He is a really wonderful Doctor and has gone above and beyond as such from responding to emails in a timely manner and to answering all questions no matter how silly they seem from my Husband and myself. He really is a all around great Doctor and person everyone should be so lucky to have a Doctor care about his patients like Dr. J does.
