She earned her degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed advanced coursework through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and the American Academy of Anti‑Aging Medicine (A4M). Her clinical background includes Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Integrative Medicine, and Urgent Care, and she has worked closely with a wide range of medical professionals throughout her career.

Early in her training, she observed that symptom‑focused care often provides only temporary relief, which led her to pursue a root‑cause, evidence‑based approach.
