I have been a patient of doctor Schneider's for several years for a thyroid condition. Recently i went for follow up and because of new symptoms. I had a follow up blood test and was trying to speak to her following the results. When she finally got back to me she was condescending and agressive and basically told me i was annoying and being difficult because i should have been satisfied speaking to the receptionist. When i asked what i should do going forward to diagnose my symptoms, she said it could be a lot of things and she cant test for everything. She said she had a waiting room ful of patients and couldnt spend time on this. She then said she was stressed too. She hadnt listened to half my history and ignored several of my questions. Don't go to her unless you want marginal care. I'm an RN and i feel sorry for people who dont know better.

She is the worst doctor I've ever been to. She is terrible about calling patients back or give any kind of reassurance to her patients. Not friendly at all.

Recent visit for osteoporosis and she was a challenging person. At one point we got into an unpleasant exchange as she became agitated when I couldn’t recall my calcium levels. She also never asked for my family history with this condition and it is definitely hereditary

Very rude and condescending. It almost feels like she has no emotion. I have never been spoken to by a doctor like that. This was my third visit. Needless to say I am actively looking for a new doctor.

Appeared rushed, was unfriendly and unpleasant, and lacked patience and empathy. Accused me of giving incorrect information and glared hostilely when I said I had not said that and perhaps she might have misinterpreted me.

She has been my doctor for years and has gotten me through some very tough times. She has always been there for me. I highly recommend her.

I have known Dr. Schneider for years. She is tough with me but this had led me to change my lifestyle and health and I am grateful to her.
