I went to Dr. Abdu because he was a fellowship trained minimally invasive surgeon. I told him that a previous doctor thought I had a fixed uterus from endometriosis, and that I had pelvic pain including pain during ovulation. He told me that he didn't think I had it from my pelvic exam and ultrasound and that fibroids were causing the pain. A year later, two different doctors found a nodule of endometriosis during a pelvic exam. I am now experiencing severe pelvic exam on a daily basis. Inflammation has been found on a CT scan as well. Because of the lack of knowledge of physicians such as these, women will think their symptoms are caused by fibroids when they really have endometriosis as well.

Unprofessional, rude, poor bedside manner. Spent months under his care, never could figure out the issue but kept sending me out for more testing. Went for second opinion somewhere else and they figured it out within a month. Suffered for months no reason, mostly because this man refused to listen to me.

Dr Abdu and staff are very professional-yet down to earth. He actually takes time to TALK WITH you before you are examined. Great personality, friendly caring staff!

Having no prior knowledge of any doctors in our area my wife and I chose Adio for delivering our firstborn son. We couldn't have asked for a better doctor! He has a warm demeanor and told us all we needed to know in preparation for the baby. My wife was not comfortable with having a male doctor at first, but after the first visit she wasn't worried about it at all. We've moved out of his area now and #2 is coming. We both wish that we could go back to Adio! He is that good.
