I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. Communication was consistently dismissive, with repeated instances of the physician speaking over both the patient and family while minimizing clearly reported neurological symptoms rather than fully evaluating them. The bedside manner lacked the empathy and professionalism expected when discussing serious neurological concerns. What was most concerning was the refusal to consider or implement testing recommendations suggested by colleagues, without providing clear clinical reasoning for those decisions. Effective neurological care requires thoughtful assessment, collaborative decision-making, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, this experience reflected deficiencies in all three areas. I would strongly encourage patients to seek a provider who takes symptoms seriously, communicates respectfully, and practices evidence-based, patient-centered care. This review reflects my honest experience and significant concerns… regarding the standard of care provided.
