I went to get a replacement CPAP machine and had the request rejected twice by my insurance company because the pracitice failed to provide information showing the device was medically necessary. It was a replacement machine. They wrote the original order. Their was no reason for this to happen. As of this moment, it's been almost 30 days and I am still waiting for them to send the proper documentation to the insurance company. In addition, the quality of care was unacceptable. I waited more than 30 minutes in the exam room before having to go to the front desk to see what the delay was. No one ever checked on me. After inquiring, somehow the doctor was suddenly available. The front desk person also said it was weird in that he did not have a patient before me. I cannot stress enough how terrible this practice is.

Dr. Aditya Gupta is one of the most highly skilled specialists I have been to. He listens acutely and then provides the best care! I have several respiratory issues, valley fever, asthma and I trust his professional advice completely! R.K.

Dr Gupta is a truly exceptional doctor; he is quite thorough, listens very well and is knowledgeable and caring. It has been quite some time since I have been in a doctor's office and felt that the doctor was not rushed and really cared about my symptoms and concerns .He is a 10+ on a scale of 1-10! I found Dr. Gupta to be very uncaring. He did not answer my questions and did not provide an adequate diagnosis. He did prescribe a medication but when I went to pick it up at the pharmacy it had not been called in. I will be seeking another pulmonologist for my care.

Dr. Gupta accurately diagnosed by sleep issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and spent time with me to discuss my sleep study. His advise was excellent and advised me state-of-the-art machine - no problems since then. His is the best.

Dr. Gupta has an exceptional capability in diagnosing and treating hypertension.
