Dr. Adrian Javier Goldszmidt, MD

I ARRIVED 5 MINUTES LATE DUE TO HIGH TRAFFIC. I CALLED TO INFORM THE OFFICE. I WAS 5 MINUTES LATE, BUT I HAD FILLED OUT 12 PAGES OF FORMS THAT TOOK ME 30 MINUTES. DR. STEPPED OUT OF HIS OFFICE AND TOLD ME HE COULD NOT SEE ME BECAUSE I WAS 5 MINUTES LATE. DID THAT MEAN IF I WAS ON TIME HE WAS ONLY GOING TO SPEND 5 MINUTES WITH ME ? HE HAS NO BEDSIDE MANNER, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS THAT ARE SUFFERING IN PAIN FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS. WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS ? I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY KINDNESS OR UNDERSTANDING. THERE ARE PLENTY OF NICE, CARING, EXCELLENT DOCTORS IN THE BALTIMORE AREA.

Dr. Goldszmidt saw my mother last fall and was the rudest doctor I have ever met. His manner with patients and staff is condescending . With my mother, he listed off all the neurology physicians she had seen in the past and then questioned her aggressively about why she came to see him. First of all, she saw those physicians for different reasons so it was not his business to question her choices like that and make assumptions. She chose to see him as a patient and for him to be her doctor but he acted like she was a nuisance.

It's a sad commentary when a provider cares more about their time and less about the patient's time to the extent that if you don't make his time frame he refuses to see you without caring that you are present and not feeling well. He refuses to see you and doesn't check to see if all is well but will send you a notice to charge you 25$ when he could have seen you and didn't. Never call, never cared.
