Dr Adrien Michael & His Staff Are Amazing & very caring. My Husband Is A Patient Of His. Treating Him For Chronic Rhuematoid. Dr Michael Never Hesitates To Tell Us To Call Him If My Husband Or I Have Any Questions Or Problems. I Would Recommend Dr Michael To Anyone Who Has Any Issues With Arthritis, Etc. Thank You Dr Michael & Staff For Everything You Do

Be very careful with Dr, and get a second opinion from other physicians before letting this Dr. Inject or infuse drugs into you. He is a fake. This Dr. is all about $$$$ that is why he has a setup in his office for the injections and infusions. You are warned. Dr. Micheals take advantage of poor hispanic patients that he knows he can rip off with his infusion therapy room. Dr. Michaels is a very dangerous Dr. and in time, he will be caught for his poor medical care. He doesn't even dress professionally. And foremost, he does lie to his patients.

He takes a person interest in every patient

Dr. Michael and his staff are very courteous and helpful. Dr. Michael has an excellent bedside manner and explains diagnosis, tests and treatments thoroughly. He also listens to concerns and does not just brush them off. His front office staff have always been helpful and pleasant. His medical assistatn always remembers me and we always have a good chcuckle when he is taking vitals and medical history. Although there can be significant waits for appoinments I find it to be worth it becasue I feel I am recieving great care in an environment that is comfortable.

Pleased...Glad to have him on my health team.

He should have kept reception before Lisa. Lisa has attitude problem. She comes across as if she has to help you. She would not listen very well, when I was telling something.

I tried and tried to get an appointment with Dr. Michaels through a referral from my opthamologist in El Paso who recommended him but couldn't get past the mean pit bulls in the front office. They said I needed a referral and records so, I had opthamologist's office send all that over and when I happily called thinking I would now be able to make an appointment I was transferred to the office manager who interrupted me and said let me tell you the procedure you need a pcp and records. My pcp moved and I haven't found a replacement. I told office manager didn't know it was going to be so difficult to get in and didn't know I was going to have to jump through hoops to get an appt. So, she raised her voice at me and said I did not have to jump through hoops and was not difficult to get in. Once she raised her voice at me, I told her to forget it I'd rather travel to El Paso than to deal with mean rude office staff but she yelled out "YOU GO RIGHT AHEAD!!," and hung up on me. I would… like to know why that office staff is so unhappy? Is it a reflexion of the doctor's personality and how he runs his office? If not, these disgruntled employees are ruining his reputation. I will let my prominent opthamologist in El Paso know that they did not accept his referral and how rude the front office staff was so he can stop referring patients to this abusive enviornment.

His 'medical assistant' looked like a carny worker...I sleeve of the worst tats I've ever seen. Then the carnie, whom I heard behind the door, suggested I was a drug seeker. I have EDS...not a narc-head.

The staff is very rude call to get information and the lady that answer the phone was so rude she just want me to hurry up and get off the phone

Dr. Michael is warm and welcoming, easy to talk with, listens well, and carefully explains options. I have had an initial visit with him and will continue to see him in his new rheumatology practice in Las Cruces, NM.
