Incompetent. Seems to only care about how many patients she can get through the office and doesn't pay close attention to what is going on with them. Her incompetence and lack of professionalism has compromised every single one of my teeth. She was not paying attention to what was going on with my teeth during the Invisalign process and they started breaking off. She actually asked me if I was bulimic - instead of taking responsibility for the fact that she had not been checking the health of my enamel during the Invisalign process. The result is years of restoration needed to fix every single one of my 32 teeth and will cost $30k+ not to mention the trauma of invasive procedures needed to restore my smile (which I have done very little of since this started in late 2019). I was a patient for 3 years before starting the Invisalign process with her and had healthy teeth (very few cavities but some grinding wear) that had started shifting a bit and affecting my bite at age 55. I will now… live with a mouth full of crowns and fillings. I definitely do not recommend her - she doesn't pay attention to the important little details because she is in a hurry. Suggestion to her, live up to your professional license, see fewer patients if necessary, and don't compromise your patient's health because you have a self-focused agenda.
