Dr Notarfrancesco is the best doctor I have ever gone to on a regular basis. She is knowledgeable and thoughtful. She is always available even weekends and after hours. Highly recommend her.

Stay away from this doctor. She will try to damage your child if you do not agree with her diagnosis

Dr. Notarfrancesco is a Genius. I have been miss medicated for many years by at least 6 Psychiatrists. When I came to the Dr. last year I was hopelessly depressed, catatonic, could barely talk and was suffering from what she diagnosed as Tardive Dyschenasia in a really obvious way. My Psychiatrist at the time didn't notice anything the matter with me. It was pathetic. I was almost DEAD!!!! Dr. Nortarfrancesco immediately noticed what was the matter with me and slowly weaned me off the meds they were giving me and put me on a new cocktail. Within a few weeks I started to come out of my depressed stupor for the 1st time in probably 7 years. I started to come alive,talk, engage and my natural vivascious out going personality started to shine. I was like a flower blooming with Miracle Grow. My friends and family immediately noticed a huge difference in my behavior and personality. They were thrilled! She sent me to a Movement Specialist Dr. who got the Tardive Dyschensia… under control. Finding the Dr. gave me my LIFE back!!! I haven't been depressed in over a year. I went through the first winter without depression in a dozen years. I am back to being myself, a smart productive human being who is finally happy and contented. I have launched several new business which are going along very well, getting out with friends, participating in life again. I feel better than I have the last 25 years. It's a MIRACLE all because of the skill and caring of Dr. Notarfrancesco. She called me in the beginning, frequently to make sure I was doing okay. I remember she called me when Robin Williams committed suicide to make sure I was Okay, Dr. Notarfrancesco is definitely a jewel and a fabulous Psychiatrist. I trust her implicitly. I know she cares and she shows it. I have referred her to numerous other Doctors, that's what I think of her skill!! I wish I had found her years ago! She would have saved me from many years of SUFFERING!
