Worst staff has no manners and are completely rude. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Amazing Doctor!!! I have experienced every aspect of that practice from routine exams to yearly skin cancer body check ups, cosmetic care and Family members had Mohs surgery. The support team makes the experience even more exceptional! Flor the office manager is always available to assist with all my questions and needs. Dr. Ros has always supported me with incredible guidance and care. The warmth and professionalism are so effortless that I wish that this was the norm for all other practices. I can’t imagine trusting my skin to any other doctor. Her experience and expertise, professional and reassuring manner, and her superb judgment and skill, have always produced the best results for me. I’ve referred many friends and family members over the years; they’ve all been equally satisfied!

Dr. Adriana Ros saved my life from a terrible Methicillin Resistant Staphyloccocos Epidermidis (MRSE) infection. I had seen three Infectious Disease Specialists but all I got was worse and worse. Then I saw Dr. Ros, affectionately known to me as "Super Doc." She really listened to me and took my situation very seriously. She worked so hard to straighten out the mess I was in. Eventually I needed to see some more Infectious Disease Specialists because I needed longer term antibiotic treatment than a Dermatologist can prescribe. However, without Dr. Ros I never would have lived long enough to find some really good ID Specialists for that treatment. Dr. Ros is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and most important of all (to me anyway), she really cares about her patients' well being. I could never recommend a doctor more highly than Dr. Ros. She was not only my doctor; she was my friend.

I just think she is an excellent doctor and a caring person. Both rare these days

I'm not sure who all of these people are with the 5-15 minute wait times, but I've waited no LESS than 45 minutes each visit. That is making me seriously consider returning to my former dermatologist even though she's not in my network. In addition, it seems there is always a second doctor along at the visits. Sometimes the doctor is a male, but I specifically chose Dr. Ros because she's in the area and is a female - which is especially important to me for annual body exams. Third, the walls between exam rooms are paper thin. You can hear everything being said in the room(s) next to you. Depending on what someone is in there for, that can be very uncomfortable - not to mention it infringes on patient privacy. Although concerning, that isn't as big of a deal for me, but the wait time is a big one (I leave work early to make my appointment on time, but I don't get in to see Dr. Ros until after the time I would have arrived had I just left work at my normal time). The patient's time is… valuable just like the doctor's, so that should be respected. At my old derm, unless there was a crisis, I never had more than a 5-10 minute wait time. As far as the doctor herself, she is very nice and I really wish the wait time and surprise doctors weren't an issue...because otherwise she'd be a slam dunk.

Terrible experience, a waste of time and effort. The front desk staff was so rude and unprofessional. The PA ridiculous. I've never had such a bad doctor's appointment in my entire life.

I took my teen-aged grand-daughter to see Dr. Ros for treatment of her acne. Before this visit we had already tried many popular acne treatments on the market to no avail. Well, after finding Dr. Ros and her staff so pleasant and personable during one of my own personal visit for another matter, I knew then that I had to bring my grand-daughter in for a consultation. Lo and behold, after 3 monthly visits with Dr. Ros my grand-daughter's acne had improved tremendously. Miracle-like. We can't Thank Dr. Ros enough for her knowledge and treatment and special one-on-one attention. My grand-daughther is estatic and all her school friends have noticed the change in her skin and compliment her daily. Thank you Dr. Ros...you've made one teenager an extremely happy girl and made me an extra happy grandmother. Her next appointment is in 6 months. Great! Her face cleared up quicker than expected.
