Dr. Spanova is the best doc ever. She listens and is very patient with me as I have her sending my Rx's to 3 different pharmacies but she understands I do this for the cost. I have never had any issues getting in to see her. The staff is also awesome. Wouldn't change docs for any reason except if she were to retire.

Listens attentively, always thorough and helpful.

Dr. Spanova is very thorough and professional. Here is a highly capable physician with a very kind staff.

I was very pleased with the office staff and Dr Spanova. She is very easy to talk to and ask questions. I like it when the doctor is honest and to the point but nice too!

Never contacted me back after numerous phone calls. Never gave me my perscriptions that Ive been taking for 9 years including my birth control. Spent 2 minutes with me and it was obvious she didnt care about me or my health issues.

I had visited an after hours care center to address extreme hair loss and the sudden onset of joint pain. I'm fairly young, severe joint pain and fatigue was something very new to me, especially since it started so quickly. I was new to the area and had no idea or recs for a local doctor. The doctor ordered blood tests and called me with results- appears to be some kind of autoimmune disorder. He suggested Dr. Spanova, as she was knew in the area and accepting patients. I visited Dr. Spanova and have NEVER felt so offended in my life. I've always had health issues so I'm fairly aware of procedures. When I made an appointment I double checked with them three times to make sure they got my labs. When Dr. Spanova came in I asked her if she looked at my labs- nope. The first thing she did was tell me to not sit on the bed because she wanted to sit her laptop there. I told her my hair was falling out and looked at me with absolute disgust and asked when was the last time I had it cut. … Umm, it's falling out in handfuls, so no, I haven't been to the salon lately. After leaving the office for a few minutes she came back and told me my labs were fine. She then told me to take a Flintstone vitamin because I probably wasn't getting proper nutrition. She ordered a few more labs. I called a week later to get the results. The nurse said they came back fine- and nothing. I asked her to talk to Dr. Spanova as to what I should do next. They never called me back.I went to see another doctor, was promptly diagnosed with lupus and put on medication, and my life has completely turned around. Also, two other doctors have said there are issues with my labs, so perhaps Dr. Spanova completely overlooked that. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Spanova.

I have been a patient on Dr Spanovas for a few years and could ask for no better over all. Dr Spanova treats me as a person not a payment who is next on the conveyer belt.Dr Spanova herself calls with test results and takes the time to explain them.If I do not understand she has NEVER made me feel less than she just helps me understand. Wish all Dr's were like her and had her heart for what she does and the people she treats.
