Dr. Adrianne Nicole Hauff, DC

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Hauff comes off as a caring and compassionate individual, but when you're dishonest that voids those traits completely. I was a patient of hers prior to my auto accident, so when I was in an accident I continued to go to her for treatments. Little did I know, until my attorney sent me detailed bills, that she was inflating costs to my PIP coverage. Her dictations, while very detailed, are false. On top of that she claimed to have given me durable medical equipment and instructions costing over $1,000 that I never received and that my insurance paid for. She will not send proof of receipt that she even purchased that equipment for me. She was paid very well by my insurance company. After contacting her numerous times with no response or resolve, I will be taking further actions with my insurance company. I hope that anyone involved in a car accident and seeks treatment with her is very aware of what they are being charged for. Had my… attorney not sent my detailed bills, she would have gotten away with it.
