I have had three encounters with Dr Jirik and I have nothing but praise for her. She took the time on my first initial visit to ask questions and really find out what the problem was. My second visit was a colonoscopy which turned out to be very serious in nature. She got me into the hospital the same day for testing and the following day for an appointment with a surgeon. She called checking on me even after I was not her patient. The third encounter was for endoscopy which Arlene got me in at a moments notice and corrected a problem right away. Not many physicians will take the time to care for their patients in the kind, caring, compassionate way that she has done. From her staff answering the phone to the schedulers and to Arlene her right hand person ..... you have surpassed the FIVE STARS!!! Keep up the good work for all you do, and from the bottom of my heart.... thank you for what you did for me!!!
