Dr. Adrienne Patricia Ertl, MD

Dr. Ertl may have a decent bedside manner and be easy to get into but getting her to follow through with follow up care is next to impossible. I was in her office twice for referrals to 3 separate specialty care doctors. The first time took over 5 months to get sent to my insurance carrier for approval and was only sent after I had contacted them to be told it was found on her desk. Second time was almost 9 months after the initial visit, she repeated that the steps she needed to follow to get me my referral were unnecessary even after her secretary stated that my insurance carrier requires these steps but said she would submit for the referrals again. Here we are 2 months later and NO referrals have been put through. I have since switched to a different doctor that had everything I needed submitted and approved within 4 days of my initial visit. I would not recommend Dr. Ertl for anything more than a sick visit.

I feel very comfortable around her and it's hard for me to find a doctor that I'm comfortable to be around. Thank you for that.

Caring, straight forward, has no hesitation doing a referral when necessary. Takes her time, never feels like you are being rushed through the appointment. Very good doctor and staff is absolutely wonderful and professional.

She has a great sense of humor; real easy going, yet tough enough to hold you accountable for taking care of yourself. She has been a great doctor and I recommend her to anyone. She is usually busy but not hard to get an appointment with. Spends as much time as you need to make you feel comfortable with whatever diagnosis/ recommendations she comes up with.

She removed most of the sea urchin stingers from both feet. Based on my experience highly recommend her.
