Check in was quick, friendly, and efficient; I was called back to an exam room about five minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment; the med tech was friendly, professional, and helpful; Dr. Reddy was on time, efficient but not at all hurried, he asked a lot of questions and answered those I asked of him, and was very thorough. Check and future appointment scheduling was quick, clear, and efficient. In all, a very pleasant first visit.

Check in was fast. Wait time was maybe 15 minutes. Everyone was professional and nice.

Dr Reddy took a month for me to get an initial appointment. Then that appointment turned out to be to make an appointment to get tested, even when I was referred from my regular doctor. That cost 200 for a "consultation". Dr Reddy's office schedules 10-15 people for the same time. I waited over 2 hours twice. In addition, the person who scheduled my appointment neglected to tell me not to eat or drink after midnight so I was unable to take the cardiac tests. He wasted over a month of my life while I had a major blocked artery.
