Dr. Afshin David Rahimi, MD

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Dr. Rahimi's office for several years. Words cannot express how truly amazing Dr Rahimi is, I am grateful that I found him when I did, and I always recommend him to my friends and family. I first went to Dr Rahimi's office in my early thirties regarding acne. I had been struggling with acne and acne scars since I was 12. As a teenager it is understandable, but for me it just never went away. I tried so many things, from Proactive, to high end skin scare, to lasers, which would temporarily help with my acne, but then it just came right back. Dr Rahimi’s treatment for me included laser treatments to decrease oil production and a prescription antibiotic cream (benzaclin). Within two months of this, my skin was clear, for the first time, and ever since then. To people who struggle with acne to no avail, you will understand how miraculous this was for me. I remember my dad commenting, “there is nothing like seeing an expert.” Later I also… received laser skin resurfacing treatments for acne scars. Dr Rahimi and his staff carefully walked me through the resurfacing procedure and post care treatment beforehand, there was no pain at all during the procedure because of the topical anesthetic etc, and I had follow-up phone calls from his staff and appointments with him afterwards to make sure I was healing properly and there was no sign of infection. Over the years my skin has stayed clear, but I continue to visit Dr. Rahimi’s office for other treatments such as Ulthera and injectables. I agree with other reviewers that this office has everything, everything good out there for for skin care, and you can see that for yourself in his website. But I think what makes him stand out from other places is Dr. Rahimi’s expertise, he is a doctor of dermatology and a surgeon, with extensive experience, he knows what works and how to help people with different skin concerns. I had previously been to so many aestheticians and laser centers, I can tell you this is a different place. Go see him, it’s worth it.

My experience has been stress less. The doctor is very knowledgeable and gentle. The results of his expertise is always five star whether it’s cosmetic or something nasty appearing above or below the skin in need of removal. He has my highest recommendation. His staff is comforting and professional. He has never disappointed me.

Dr Rahimi is an excellent doctor. He know exactly what his patient needs and his hands do magic!! He is extremely intelligent, kind, thoughtful, and classy!! I highly recommend dr. Rahimi!
