I've never been spoken to so rudely by any business, and that's saying a lot. I simply called to ask if they take my insurance and if they're accepting new patients and the lady who wouldn't say what her name was yelling at me to get a referral because with all PPO's you need a referral for your insurance to cover. I explained to the uneducated individual that PPO does in fact NOT require a referral, and asked if that is just their office policy as it is not with the insurance in order for coverage. I explained this kindly, as I am an insurance agent and understand that not everyone knows what I do, in my specialty. She hung up on me, this was after the first rude individual said she couldn't answer my questions and I need to find someone else to talk to, so I asked her to transfer me to whomever handles the billing/insurance and this POS is who I was transferred to. Wow, beware anyone even hesitating to go to Dr Agatha Asuru. Sad, because she may be a good doctor, might not, as… for any client of mine - they'll never know because I will never refer them.

Horrible, did not listen to me and told me to go to the Er. When I tried to tell her I couldn't she cut me off.
