Dr Sleboda is an easygoing person who makes you feel comfortable. She listens respectfully and answers all your questions. Very knowledgeable and not big Ego like most doctors. That makes the difference! Thank you Dr!

Everybody there was very professional starting from staff. I went to the doctor. I truly enjoyed your company. She was very thoughtful courteous, and she broke down everything to me and I made it very easy to understand. I give her a 5+ plus for her service

My visit to this place as of a newcomer was really unexpected. I was greeted as I became into the door and was directed on where to sign my name. When, I was first approached to receiving my first eye drops for dilatation I was a bit nervous and wish that I was told in advanced what to expect. But, after meeting Dr. Agatha she greeted with in a friendly manner and was kind in how to treat a new patient in her office which a first with me! That's very Important!!

I had a pleasant visit with Dr Agatha. She is very kind and caring. She knows her craft well. I would also commend the staff working at her office. They are courteous and supportive.
