Dr. Agnes Katherine Costello, MD

My daughter has been seeing Dr Costello for about 3 years and she is wonderful! She always takes her time, gives you the attention your wanting, has a calming mannerism and effect with children. Dr uses the input of both child and parent and together, comes up with a future care plan. I would recommend Dr Costello for any child that is seeking treatment. I've never had an issue with scheduling appts to fit my schedule.

Watch out if you see this doctor. My husband and I had an appt with her to discuss our son and his severe anxiety that kept him home from school. She agreed with us that he should have homebound tutoring and she would sign the form from the school. The next day we faxed her the form. No response. We sent it again and again. No response. Then I receive a call from her nurse saying that the school talked to her and they decided that we just need to get him to school. The school and Dr. Costello had a discussion about OUR SON and we were not notified. She completely changed her mind, didn't bother to tell us. A few months later (after we switched to another doctor) we had to get her notes for a school meeting. In her notes she denied that we talked about a tutor and the fact that she said he was agoraphobic.
