Agnes Feng Chiao Liem, APRN, CNP

We have been seeing Agnes for years which has always been great but this time I was not at all happy with the visit. My son was visibly shaken and upset from his shots and she really didn't seem to care or have time for that. She then casually mentioned that he should get a diabetes panel because his BMI is high. He is about to go through puberty and I know he is just in his growing stage. She didn't really take time to discuss this at all just was very matter of fact about it and moved on. When he asked if it included a needle she just casually said "yep" even though he has just had a really traumatic experience. I understand healthcare providers are stretched thin but the lack of any sort of personal experience or caring reaction from her is leading me to think about switching providers honestly.

We love Dr. Liem. She is so knowledgeable and really takes time to over any questions with us, especially as we are first time parents. She is so friendly and reassuring. We will never switch from her!

Dr Liem is very very fantastic, friendly, kind, the best, so are the nurses/assistances that work with her
