I have never been so mistreated by a MD than today. I was belittled, blamed and shamed for my son being overweight. She refused to hear me and talked over me in a rude and disrespectful tone. Raising her voice and treating me as a neglectful parent when the opposite is true. I literally teared up and she did not care at all, continued to blame me for issues I did not cause and failed to hear my concerns. My child also felt ashamed and cried at his weigh in. He is now being referred to two specialists that he does not need. She told me I have to communicate and come to appointments with an abusive ex and would not even try to empathize with the situation I am in and why its not possible. It was the worst conversation Ive ever had with a MD. Ill be requesting a new pcp for my child, he shouldnt feel like crying in a MD visit

Dr. Kendall is an amazing addition to Narragansett Bay Pediatrics! One of the best we've seen at NBP. Very smart, kind, patient, caring, and spot on with diagnosis! When my daughter got very sick and needed prompt medical attention, she got in contact with Boston Children's Hospital and got us into some of the best specialists in the nation! She was prompt and quick. Without her we would have never been in the position we are in now. Can't recommend her enough and the rest of the staff at NBP.

Terrible bedside manner, Extremely rude, Slow, lack of empathy, serious misdiagnosis that put our family through unnecessary mental and financial anguish.
