Dr. Agnieszka Kitowicz, MD

I've known Dr . Kitowicz for 6 years. She is very good doctor; she never missed a diagnostic. However, I have to leave her because of her staff. I went there with a 100-degree fever, shivering, coughing, almost fainting and asked to see the doctor. The waiting room was full of people who did not seem to be so sick (I can't pretend to know the reason they were there). However, they seem to be ok, playing with their cell phones, reading or watching TV. I almost begged the nurse to let me see the doctor sooner and told her that I am feeling very bad. I've been waiting for one hour and twenty minutes before I had to stand up, go to the window and asked for my check back (by the way, this is another disappointing thing: they ask for payment before you see the doctor which I almost never experienced). Instead of trying to help me, the office mgr and the receptionist just handed me my check. No compassion, no courtesy, just looking for as many patients as possible to make the money. I… thought Dr. Kitowicz is a good doctor, very knowledgable. I respected her and I would like to believe that she does not know what's going on with her staff. But again, it is very sad if she doesn't know as she is supposed to direct her staff.

I have only seen her twice. The first she was VERY rude. The 2nd I don't think she was rude, but not sure. Why? There was no conversation. She rattled VERY fast. I literally don't know what she said. And I would take a lie-detecter test over that stmt. And I am probably not the only one. There were only 2 cars outside and NOBODY in the waiting room. Perhaps others know yo not go there on Dr. Hinshaw;s day off.

This dr does not lisen to me and is a lil snotty .

Very knowledgeable, went to 2 other doctors about a pain in my hand. Dr. K was the only one to ask me if I hold my hand a certain way repeatedly. Found out it was from playing games on my cell phone for too long. Oh the problems of modern tech. It's been almost 5 years and I no longer have the pain

Dr. Kitowicz is an outstanding physician, she combines being business like with caring, she is very efficient and has the patient wellbeing as her number 1 goal. I highly recommend her.

I visited for a quick and simple blood test. She was extremely rude and condescending! Not only that, she was inaccurate in her stmts over medication I had been taken. OMG, a doctor is wrong over the purpose of medications! So, wrong and rude!

Dr. Kitowicz is an excellent doctor who always has her patient's best interests at heart. She never rushes through an exam, always listens to my concerns about my health and my treatment, and follows up without fail. She's thorough in her exams and assessments, but not in a robotic, clinical way. She's always warm, caring and approachable...very easy to talk to.

Dr. Kitowicz is a very professional doctor. I have been very satisfied with her, and my experience has been great. She is a very caring lady, and she always has her patients' interest at heart.
