Dr. Agnieszka Kokoszka

I showed up 20 minutes early for a follow up after she diagnosed me with a concussion after I tripped and hit my head on the pavement. The waiting room was empty and I was told I should be seen almost right away. I sat there with a black eye and a concussion... I waited for about 30 mins and asked again, since there were only two people in the waiting room besides me by then and they came later than I did. A man was called and I waited another half hour or so, and asked again why I was waiting so long when the office was obviously not busy. I was told again it would be soon. I looked at the appointment roster and questioned why no one wrote Dr. K's name as their attending physician. The receptionist held my gaze as she drew the roller cover over the list. After another 30-40 minutes the doctor saw me and apologized saying that the patient before me was new and that always takes time. Then it came out that she gave him my appointment because "he had a job to get to". It was not… an emergency, he was just a new patient, but she gave him my appointment without any regard for me. I was livid. She then wanted to send me down the "health care super highway" with all types of tests, therapies etc. even though I had no symptoms and the CT scan was negative. Yeah, right. I'm going to do that?! Needless to say, I will never go to her again. What poor judgment she showed.
