Dr. Agustin Marian Ibarrola, MD

Reception was very unfriendly and impolite. Lacking a standard customer service manner for a medical office receiving a first-time patient. Dr. Mariano Ibarrola was extremely harsh in his manner of speaking, not willing to voluntarily give explanations or share information. While he wasn’t exactly rude, he was certainly mean and without s compassionate manner. Finally, VERY SUSPICIOUS, we can’t find any medical credentials for him online and did not see any displayed in the office. The info on this site describes the Amer. Academy of Surgery specialties in general, but NOT Dr. Ibarrola’s qualifications as a surgeon (if he has any???).

MONEY is more Important to this Doctor than his patients. My husband was seen in his practice for a consult for Venous thrombosis/ Blood Clots (Serious condition) and he requested a test. After the test was preformed, Obviously, we needed the results, we were told we needed to come back to the office to get them. We explained, that unfortunately our Insurance was terminated after the test was done, do to the loss of his job, and they said we could pay out of pocket $150 to get the results. No Compassion, No Concern and No Commitment to follow up care. As I too work for a physician in the area, and understand the process of billing & payment, there are still times when a patient need a little help and compassion that can be accomplished by other means, "Like a simple phone call" with the results, which he refused to do when we asked. Staff was not very helpful either but, you can only be as good as your employer will let you be.

a mi parecer el señor ibarrola no es profesional tiene muy mal carácter y después que programo mi cirugía nunca llego en la oficina nunca contestaron el teléfono y cuando llegue ala oficina el dia que me iban a dar la cirugía que no llego porque tenia una emergencia cuando llego a la oficina este señor estaba dando consulta no tiene ética no lo recomiendo

His observations and recommendations were straight to the point. Had no complications post appendectomy. Very satisfied and grateful!!

Do not waste your time going to arrogant no know nothing! I had MERSA and said impossible?! Infectios disease confirmed and caught it after he operator on me. He also denied that he messed up my stomach. I had to have it fixed by another doctor who said it looked like a bomb went off in it. 5 and a half hr operation to fix me up. After ibarola said there nothing wrong .beware of the arrogant

I felt with this doctor as a guinea pig...came with someone which was training..pupil or something. Started to ask why I was there...then I said that he didn't think that my pain was for real...and the he said maybe is Arthritis...he suggested an ultrasound and then he wanted to see me next month...Great way to make money..15 dollars every 7 minutes...that's the time that he saw me...I didn't like him at all....Whatch out people...I heard also he is a really expensive surgeon...

Dr ibarola I went to see on Nov 25 for the second time due to pain in left flank and belly I went with mycousin that was happening to be visiting me and happens to be aplastic surgeon we were discussing my pain and he was very upset I was hopping he can explain to my cousin the reason for my pain he told me that it was not he's specialty and it was not his problem if my primary dr was not sending me to the right dr he also mentioned that my insurance was not good humana why did he see me in the first place and did he asked to see him again if the pain got worse gracefully an respectfully j.c Thank you

I disagree with all of you I had a tumor on my hand and he did a great job, two previous doctors I was referred to they refused to do the surgery Ibarrola is the best

I've never seen such arrogant Dr. in my life! Disappointing. Non cooperative. Can't understand problem.

My husband was sent to the er due to an emergency and unfortunately he was the on call surgeon. He is rude both to patients and his staff. Long wait in the waiting room and just an unpleasant doctor. Don't go to him!!!
