Dr. Agustin G Rivas, MD

TOOK MY SON THERE ONCE TOLD HIM, HIS EAR CANALS WERE EXTREMELY SMALL. HE PULLED AND PUSHED THE OTESCOPE SO HARD MY 11 YEAR OLD'S EAR STARTED BLEEDING AND HE WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN HE CRIED. NO I'M SORRY . CAUSED AN OUTER EAR INFECTION AND MADE ME BRING HIM IN AND PAY INSTEAD OF ORDERING THE EAR DROPS. I TOLD THE MD NOW HE WOULD HAVE ONE THAT DAY IN THE OFFICE. DR REVIAS DOES DOES NOT NOT LISTEN. NEVER NEVER WENT BACK MY SON IS 28 A MARINE AND HAS NEVER FORGOTTEN THIS DOCTOR THAT TREATED HIM BY HURTING HIM AND HAD BLOOD RUNNING OUT OF HIS EAR. THIS CHILD WAS PUT IN UNECESSARY PAIN AND THEN MORE PAIN. IF IF HE HAD LISTENED ANOTHER INFECTION COULD OF BEEN AVOIDED I CRINGE WHEN PEOPLE ASK ME ABOUT THIS MD MY IMMEDIATELTY RESPOND IS DON'T DON'T DON'T THEN I GIVE REASONS AND MANY OF THE OTHERS AGREE AND TELL OF THEIR BAD EXPERICENCES

Dr. Rivas is a very good doctor he is amazingly brilliant and very professional. Not only that but the enviornment of his office is such that I felt very comfortable!! His staff is very nice & automatically puts you at ease.I will recommend Dr. rivas to everyone

During a 5 month check up for my son, we waited 40 minutes before even being called back by the nurse. After being called back, his weight and height were checked and we were put in the patient room. Another 30 minutes went by and still no doctor. I open the door to see if I can find the nurse or doctor. I see the nurse and doctor sitting down typing so I go to close the door. When I was closing the door a dog ran down the hallway and tried to come in the room. This dog did not belong to a patient as I was already in the back of the office in the patient area, not one staff member had a shocked look on their face when the dog ran down the hallway. This leads me to believe that dog belonged to one of the staff. I had to use my foot to keep the dog from comming in the room. I closed the door and told my wife I was leaving, I returned to the front desk and asked for everything they had that belonged to me, she handed back my sons shot records and insurance card and did not even have the… manners to ask what happend or what was wrong.

i came to see him on a regular visit for my baby i told him she'd been coughing he said she was fine.she ended up having a bad cold and it was hard for her to breath.she was getting little bumps on her head and face he said it was normal...she had the hives.One of the nurses was checking her temp. and she had a bm and she called my baby nasty.
