Dr. Ahmad Hassan Aburashed, MD

I was a satisfied patient while in the hospital of Dr. Abu-Shed . But after my follow up appointment the Staff/Receptionist was very RUDE, but I gave her the benefit of doubt, thought she was having a bad day. So I brought my son to see him recently and my son had a Upper Scope , all went well as far as the surgery, but he never came out to talk to me about my sson's procedure. So I made my son's, return appointment . But unfortunately I had to call to cancel unexpectedly the day of the appointment. I went to explain the reason why and to reschedule and that is when she went to say, I could have given the appointment to someone else. FIRST OF ALL THST WAS VERY RUDE OF HER, SHE IS THE SAMEONE WHO GOT SMART WITH ME BEFORE. I am a firm believer of the GOLDEN RULE, TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. I believe the receptionist who answer the telephone need to retire or learn to talk to people. If I have to deal with that on a regular basis I rather go to another doctor and not… to mention change my son's doctor and my daughter who have an up and coming appointment. I think Dr. Ahmad Abu-Shed need a whole new STAFF!!!!!!
