I waited over an hour past my appt time to be seen, when I finally was seen by the MA I noticed they had my height wrong, which they have done in the past then corrected it, so why was it done wrong again?? they do it on purpose to try to get your BMI over 30 so you can be eligible for diet pills and take your money. I paid $175 for 3 months but what does that go to ???? you have to pay for your prescription separate and all they do is weigh you in the office (Which is always wrong) and send you on your way with your prescription. I waited so long with three children and it was a headache I finally go back and the MA has an attitude and obviously annoyed that my kids were talking while she was asking me questions. Which I then told my kids to quit. She continued to question me about my last period, I let her know I did not get it yet because I wasn't due yet and she wanted me to take a pregnancy test for an extra $20.00 in office which I was so upset about then just gave in and agreed.… Well she then tells me to follow her and states that the doctor stated he couldn't see me because they close at 6pm and it was 5 mins til 6pm, SERIOUSLY??? I waited over an hour for him and he wont see me because its 5 mins to 6pm? How professional and caring is that? What REAL Doctor will just do that??? when you start service you must finish service? This was ridiculous!!!! I then stated how much an inconvenience the whole ordeal had been since I waited so long and missed my daughters appt since I was there over an hour past my appt time but they did not seem to care and all the ladies looked at me with an attitude like I was some crazy lady! They may be use to that type of behavior but I AM NOT! I work for an amazing doctor who will never think of doing that to a patient! PATIENTS ARE AWAYS PUT FIRST! YOU DONT LEAVE UNTIL YOUR JOB IS DONE!!! I asked for my refund which I paid with my credit card yet they cant refund it until they can get a check to refund ...WORSE PLACE AND DR TO DEAL WITH!!! STAFF is so disrespectful and unprofessional just like the DOCTOR! DO NOT GO HERE!!! FIRST COAST MD nor this doctor!!!
