Dr. Ahmad-Rabia Alkhush, MD

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Ahmad-Rabia Al-Khush at . . I scheduled an appointment to review my test and lab results, but I felt rushed throughout the visit. The appointment lasted only a few minutes, and many of my questions were answered with very brief responses without much explanation. I also reviewed my after-visit summary through the Healow patient portal and noticed that it did not clearly document what was discussed or provide detailed next steps. Much of the information appeared to be repeated from a previous visit using a copy and paste method. I also waited about an hour before I can see him even though I was told by his medical assistant , Erica he would be on time. As a patient who pays for medical care, I expected more time, communication, and attention during the appointment. It was a complete waste of time. I could have googled my results and got better answers. Unfortunately, I did not feel heard or supported, and I would not return to this provider.

Worse ever doctor. Dose not listen and he is not patient . He refuses to see me last time because i owned only $30 frome last visit which i did not know a bout. Any time he asks for extra money for something they did extra! His office worker are very rude. Me and my family changed to another physician and we are so happy with our new doctor.

DO NOT USE AL KHUSH OR HIS PRACTICE I read the poor reviews about his practice requiring unnecessary tests so he could collect more money from the insurance companies and/or directly from the patients. I went in for a simple annual wellness check up. He took blood samples and asked me a few questions. The wellness visit was supposed to be covered/free but they charged me. I called my insurance company who stated the office visit should have been free. When I called AL-KHUSH's office, they said they were not going to refund my payment. They also incorrectly coded my lab billing which resulted in me receiving a large bill for blood test which should have been covered/free. After confirming this with my insurance company and the actual pathology lab, I called AL-KHUSH's office. They were rude and defensive. They finally admitted they made the mistake and said they would correct. We shall see. Lastly, I had to argue on the phone with his very combative staff to send me MY OWN blood… results. They were insisting I came back in for another paid office visit. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK TO AL-KHUSH OR HIS STAFF.

Dr. Khush has been my son's Dr. 4 over a decade. He never liked me joining him in the exam room. I would politely decline waiting out front. He is rude & short tempered & did not want to listen to what I said only told me I wasn't his patient. My son had a severe case of strep. He had had it several times prior. He tells me I'm wrong & the test confirms it. 8 hrs later we're @ the ER w my son in excruciating pain with you guessed it- strep throat! He'd also misdiagnosed my husband before. His response when he found out, " false negatives happen all the time" We've since found a new Dr & I would recommend Khush to NO ONE! His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired!

Dr. Al-Khush is a great doctor.

Due to poor diagnosis abilities I developed pneumonia. This guy doesn't listen to the patient.

Transferred to this clinic when I moved to the area. Refused to continue an Rx I had been talking for years so I asked for a referral to a doctor who could continue the rx. Took 3 weeks to find out the referal was for the wrong type of doc. Staff never calls back. Trying to call in results in 30mins or more sitting on hold. Avoid at all costs.

Our family was amongst Dr. Al-Khush's first patients - and yet after 10 years our son was charged an "emergency visit" fee for making a same-day appointment - with NO WARNING. We could have gone to a Minute Clinic for under the **114$** spent on this "emergency" sinus infection. The last time my husband went, we were charged twice for the visit - though the insurance company denied the second claim. This office is playing with medical codes - beware. Dr. Al-Khush - a wonderful, kind doctor - just lost another family due to his staff.
