The online appointment process was easy. Dr. Hefuna seemed to be in tune to my sons issues and listened to both us of. My son liked him.

Pleasant experience, easy to talk to. He spends as much time with me as I want. He explains plan in details and take in consideration my life style. Can be late at times

He has never once been on time for an appointment. When asking for help with a problem my recent appointment went from routine to nightmare. I didnt even get to my secondary issue before having to end my appointment.....I will never trust another psychiatrist again after being under this UN-professional's "care".

We have had good experiences with Dr. Hefuna. He is calming and succinct with my teenager who also likes him (and is hard to please).

Dr Hefuna has been nothing but open , direct and caring and has helped me understand not only my diagnosis and treatment but also the obstacles he faces in treating patients so I have realistic expectations. His office staff has been great and the office has had a complete turn around in the last 18 months. Staff are kind and open and the office is clean and friendly. Thank you Dr Hefuna !

Only been seeing him a few times. Seems to be a nice doctor. Sometimes I feel like it's a rush appointment. Not a lot of time to talk.

This is the worst psychiatrist I have ever seen. He always seems to be talking down to you and is very unclear. He is very uncomfortable to talk to.
