I also disagree with the Negative comments about the staff. They (the staff) like the DR was more than caring, answered me right back when I emailed the questions, they (the staff) treated me grate from when I arrived (even before I arrived) to when I left, when you are as old as I, everyone is either a lot younger (as is the case with most staffs) or a lot older, than me. Maybe if you are rude to them, you see them as rude to you, it is not them, it is you!

Staff are less than professional. Staff say they know the Workers Comp system and it's rules, but yet they show their ignorance and lack of honesty time and again! Very tired of leaving messages for status update on my paperwork and not receiving a call back. Avoid this medical practice due to poor patient care and follow up. Rated a 1 for these reasons.

I disagree with you completely, he has great bedside manners and is a very kind and helpful doctor he is one of the best pain doctors in Texas
