Dr. Ahmed Abdelfattah Romeya, MD

Dr. Romeya recently performed robotic surgery to remove cancer from my lung. He was a very caring, approachable and kind doctor who listened, educated, included and cared about me and what was best. I have met with many doctors this year but none quite as lovely as him. Thank you Dr. Romeya for making a very scary situation both doable and far less frightening.

My wife had a tumor removed from her chest cavity. Dr. Romeya did the opening and closing of the surgery, while another surgeon did the actual removal. Dr. Romeya was great, kept us informed and always had a good attitude. His nurse Lisa, however, was the exact opposite. Very cold and a very poor attitude. She took my wife off of Dilaudid, a very powerful pain medication, and put her on Vicodin. That night was terrible for her, as she was in intense pain. A nurse practitioner with the hospital later put her back on a pill form of Dilaudid, and told us that giving someone in her situation Vicodin was the equivalent of giving her Tic-Tacs. I would recommend Dr. Romeya, but keep Lisa away from your loved ones.

My family member has had a lung problem for the past SIX YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And all they did was patch up the problem so he could keep coming back. Dr. Romeya found the problem, performed the surgery and the rest is HISTORY!!! Thank you Dr. for performing a great job!!! You saved my brothers life and pain that he shouldn't had to go through because of one man's greed to keep him coming back!! Your the BEST!!
