Dr Sufyan did surgery on a nasal passage because of sinus infections , surgery went great he did a good job and follow up visit was good, he explained everything and was very professional. The only thing is it takes a long time to get an appointment

Dr. Sufyan, from the decision for surgery until my post op appointment(s) has been very kind, caring, knowledgeable and has communicated everything about the surgery from start to finish effectively. I would recommend him to the next person with a deviated septum. He fixed mine and I am not only breathing better through my nose, I am forever grateful.

Oh my goodness! I’m usually pretty nervous with doctors, especially when I need a procedure done! He immediately put me at ease and even told me how he would try and preserve my piercings during surgery. He was totally honest and overall very kind and reassuring. Very impressed!

I’m going to rate Dr Surfyan a “5”, but I’d like to rank the practice as a whole at a “3”. At the earlier appointment I was told I’d be contacted by the practice to explain my biopsy. I received a note from Sparrow with the results, nothing from the practice. I then left a request for an appointment via the web. Then I called and left a message. A full month later I called a second time and was informed I needed an appointment, which was possible in two months. When I complained I was brushed off with “We left you a message …” No message was received. Again, the Doctor and medical staff were “5” stars. The practice much less.

Unlike some of the medical fraternity I have met lately, Dr Sufyan has a most pleasant demeanor. He is down to earth, has a sense of humor and even when he drops the word "carcinoma" as a possible diagnosis, he immediately follows it up with the words...But I can fix it. I highly recommend Dr Sufyan should one be in need of treatment within his specialty.
